I’ve inherited a young leader that tends to sway to their “role power” rather than fostering relationships for results.
She’s passionate, extremely technically capable, and is frustrated by why being in charge isn’t enough to lead effectively.
Any recommendations on books to offer a fresh perspective? She’s malleable, wants to get it, but might need a different voice to help get her there.
