Hello guys I hope you’re doing good and apologies for the long post. This may be a very silly question for all of you. This is my first post so apologies if the format/content is not allowed. I have been reading books everyday now for say two months. I have this problem where, while I read the book and take notes at the same time, my understanding of the contentsnis incredible. I sometimes impress myself of the things I understood in the book that was “in between ” the lines. The problem is, 24 hours later, I literally do not remember anything. Like literally anything. I have to go back in the chapter and read a word or a sentence to even remember what mainly happened in that chapter or the main thing that that chapter talked about. Is this normal? Of course I do not expect to remember 100% of the books I ever read forever but man, 24h seems too little. Any advice is very welcomed.
