What I ask for probably doesn’t exist but on the off chance that it does I’m willing to try my luck (kinda desperate). So romance books are pretty clear that once the MCs are established, then they have eyes only for each other and they end up together. I want something closer to real life.
The female lead and the male lead are getting friendly and start vibing really well, then it gets clear the FL has feelings for the ML and she thinks there’s a good chance between them but at some point it gets known that the ML can like other girls and even talks to the FL about them (I mean one girl not multiple) or something like that, point is, FL realizes she’s not his love and is devastated and brokenhearted, she’s never been romantically loved from anyone and that confirms it. In the end the female and male lead can end up together or not idrc I just want something to be in between that. No marriage involved prior. I hope what I’m describing makes sense and wish tropes like that were more available
