Recently, I’ve been going through a bit of a Greek Mythology phase. I’ve read books like “Song of Achilles” and “Circe,” and loved them both. With the way their stories are told, I can actually follow along and not be completely lost along the way.

I want to read books similar to these (where the story is actually followable and I don’t have to Google a bajillion characters). I don’t have many specific preferences, just that it has to be simple enough for me to follow, haha. I have difficulty navigating olden language/archaic diction (think: “Frankenstein” by Mary Shelley, that one was a doozy for me), so (more) modern language would be preferred.

Thanks! 🙂
