The last book I read was The hobbit, before that I’d read The travelling cat chronicles (loved this one), The seven husbands of Evelyn Hugo.. and many more before that some years ago. I do miss reading, and need to find some books to get back into it. I do have the lotr waiting to be read but I’m looking for a different /lighter read at first.
I’m 24 now and most of the books I have/had are geared towards teens so I need to freshen up my shelf. I quite like feel-good, thought provoking books – I love animal focused books, philosophical books too. Overall I’m just looking for a good book to get me back into reading, maybe a classic or a must read. 🙂

Hi, I’m currently in a feel-good phase in my life. I have a few I can recommend: “The reading list” by Nisha Adams, “Before the coffee gets cold” by Toshikazu Kawaguchi, “The dallergut dream department store” by Lee Mi-ye and “The cat cafe” by Charlie Jonas (not sure about its english name, but the original title is “Katzencafe”). I wouldn’t go as far as calling these books as must-reads, but they made me feel like I was on an emotional rollercoaster!
I would highly recommend In the Lives of Puppets by TJ Klune, his newest novel. It’s about a boy who is raised by a heartfelt robot in a world full of robots essentially, very well-written, imaginative and funny.
