Hello, I am sure this question is asked a lot but nonetheless.

What books would you recommend? I’m trying to start my journey but I haven’t been able to. I’m lost exploring the mountain of titles and authors. I am hoping you can provide me with suggestions that can keep me motivated to turn the next page. Along with anything you do to discipline yourself or your view of how you can’t put a book down.

I don’t have a particular genre in mind but I have always been fascinated by what makes a person do things along with the mindset or thought behind it. But like I said any amazing book for starters and even the better ones for when I am deserving of such stories.

Thank you and hopefully I can join you readers in making a suggestion one day.

    1. Honestly you might be interested in true crime and the only books of those I’m interested in currently are the h. h. Homes book and the Manson one.

But really finding a book can be kind of difficult I literally just spent like a fully day scrolling through basically everything in Libby to find books and either fill my holds list, check out books, or build future tbrs. Because I did this I remembered like six of my favorite authors from the ya section that I had totally forgotten about.

Normally I read adult fiction but recently dropped back into ya for less sexual books and for more focus on the story. Like I’m currently rereading the vampire diaries bc they are trash and perfect drama, and I’m reading enders game with my husband, as well as some Ridley Pearson book series I found again and can’t wait to reread and finish the story because I stopped reading before the later books came out.

Revisiting favorites is okay. Reading something you watched the movie first is okay it takes some pressure off.
