Looking for read something romantic (a bit steamy, even). It doesn’t have to be sci-fi adjacent, that’s just what I read normally (I especially like early sci-fi like John Wyndham and Jules Verne, and William Hope Hodgson although he’s more fantasy)
What have y’all got for me?

If you’re looking to try some contemporary romances:
{{Part of Your World by Abby Jimenez}}
{{The Seven Year Slip by Ashley Poston}}
{{Out On a Limb by Hannah Bonam-Young}}
{{The Blue Castle by L.M. Montgomery}} is a classic romance as well!
This Is How You Lose the Time War by Amal El-Mohtar and Max Gladstone is the most achingly beautiful romance sci fi I’ve ever read.
Cordelia’s Honor by Lois McMaster Bujold is romance adjacent science fiction although not steamy
‘Tin Soldier’ by Joan R. Vinge is an older novella (1974) about two people who only see each other for a few days every 25 years. It’s great stuff, if a little dated. Here’s the Wikipedia article: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tin_Soldier_(novella)
