Examples I can think of are Spinning Silver, Stardust, and Howls Moving Castle
Spinning Silver: the king tells the protagonist that she’ll never meet the three criteria to be a true faerie queen, and throughout the book she fulfills each of them without intending to
Stardust: the princess will only be freed when “the moon loses her daughter, if that occurs in a week when two Mondays come together”
Howls Moving Castle: Sophie is told that Howl would only ever leave the house without primping for someone he truly loves, and later he comes to rescue her looking all disheveled
Thank you!
