I’m more interested in story telling but don’t know any books. I read some stories here and there on reddit but that’s it. I want to start with a good book or a book series that I caj immerse myself in, preferably scifi or fantasy.
I just started the Throne of Glass series by Sarah J Maas and I really like it so far. Honestly, any books by Sarah J Maas would be a good bet.
The Graceling Realm series by Kristin Kashore is quite good as well.
Should be good places to start but there are so many books out there 🙂

Try the Drowning Province by Celine Harvelle!! It’s really immersive, the plot is fenomenal and characters are so well written!! I’ll link you the goodreads page, it’s on most sites like Barnes & Noble, Applebooks etc.
project hail mary is a certified classic for the sci fi genre imo. it’s a crazy page turner and the main character has such a unique voice that only andy weir could capture

try reading the Cruel prince trilogy ( political and the female mc is a soo amazing!!)
The raven cycle ( 4 friends: 3 boys and a girl; but it has one guy with an insane obsession towards Welsh kings and the other three just follow him blindly ,discovering things about themselves on the journey.)
A curse so dark and lonely (beauty and the beast but imagine if belle had cerebral palsy and was kidnapped in the 21st century by the beast’s handsome high commander)
( I haven’t read the curse so dark..but I read it’s next book- a heart so fierce and lonely and that was amazing)
City of bones ( shadowhunters book series; pretty amazing)
