I am looking for something similar to It Ends With Us. ***Bonus points if the main character walks away from the relationship in the end. I want something that delves into how truly toxic a relationship can be where the MC may put up with the behaviors for a while in hopes of saving the relationship or in hopes of trying to change his behaviors only to realize the behavior grows even worse over time and then she eventually stands up for herself.
I have not read any other Colleen Hoover books so far, so it can be another one of hers. It can include smut or no smut, fantasy, dystopian, or regular, the main character can leave or stay depending on how she confronts the behaviors. I’m not too specific. Just something similar really.
