    1. I highly recommend reading a book about grief. Maybe something like You Can Heal Your Broken heart, although I have some hesitations with some of the content.

      Also, if you don’t mind a few movie recommendations as well, I highly recommend the following as you process your feelings:

      1. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (regret)
      2. Marriage Story (anger and sadness)
      3. La La Land (wondering “what if?”)
      4. About Time (gratitude, hope, love)

    2. I alternated self help books with WW2 historical fiction. It really helped me put things in perspective when my 4.5yr relationship ended.
