I was given 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teenagers by Sean Covey and it was an enjoyable read, but I did not apply lot of things the books says to lol. I read some other self-help books but most are about ‘positive attitude’ and what not and kind of vague. I mean positive attitude can only last for a bit till you keep getting smacked with reality. Is there a book that can actually help me be more organized and driven or more content with myself or less depressed, or do I need to go to therapy ?

Self help books are only as good as your discipline to stick with the things it says. For example a positive attitude is non existent if it folds in the face of hardship that is the whole point. If you are interested in more lasting wisdom through reading imo fiction and biographies will provide you with more foundation to build habits on top of. Perception is reality, so entering others psyche can help change your perceptions.
I’d almost suggest Rejection Proof by Jia Jiang
I would try the 7 habits of highly effective people.
