Hi all, every Christmas I like to gift my small team at work a book (along with a small gift card). I try to stick with ‘classics’ and loosely relate them to something we do. This year it’s a transition time as my team is disbanding. It’s tough and painful, but also I’m hopeful with their talent level that many new opportunities will open up.
Any recommendations on a good book to share? Something with themes or loss or uncertainty but combined with hope? I like classics but am open to any thoughts. Thanks for your help!

The Collected Regrets of Clover
and/or All the Lonely People
…these are two contemporary fiction books that are very hopeful, but also deal with changes, losses, loneliness etc. – both have humor, heart and life lessons as well. I think they both would appeal to people of all ages and genders too.
