Suggest me a book on recovering from an anxiety disorder.
Can be anything, a workbook, a self improvement guide, more scientific theory books etc. Just tell me what worked for you 🙂 I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder with a history of Panic Attacks and OCD. Thank you.

How to keep house while drowning

No Worries, a guided journal for dealing with anxiety. It helped me look at my days more positively and identify things that consistently made my anxiety worse. It has pages to track healthy habits, pages for identifying your fears and working through them, etc. It’s been very helpful for me, and I intend to use it again soon.
