Books on the history of slavery in Saudi Arabia, in the Arab world, or globally
What books would you suggest?
Regarding Saudi Arabia’s case, I am curious, if after the king ended slavery, there were disgruntled elements in Saudi society, whom came to support terrorism, later?
‘Slavery in the Arab World’ by Murray Gordon.
It’s a bit old (published around 2000), but it is a good introduction to the topic. A good library should be able to source it for you.
