I was broken up with last week and am looking for a book to help me. Not nonfiction, just something that has helped you guys get through a broken heart.
A Gentleman in Moscow, beautifully written, it will take your mind to a nice place.

Not a book but the animated show Strange Planet (2023) just did that for me.

The Thursday Murder Club series has cozy vibes.
If you’re into fantasy then ‘Shadow of the Gods’ & ‘Priory of the orange tree’ are pretty immersive,

Meditations – Marcus Aurelius
For every kind of hardship and adversity.
Keep your head up! Good luck!

Read How Far the Light Reaches, and then immediately after that read Why Fish Don’t exist. They’re both books about how people are complicated and they’ll make you feel more okay.

A little off beat but I love *Faith in Carlos Gomez* by Samantha Dunn.

Heartburn by Norah Ephron. Not only is the storyline great but it’s also narrated in a hilarious way, not in the typical damsel in distress style narration.
