Ive struggled with my own body image since i was a small girl. Ive always thought i was fat and would constantly put myself on yo-yo diets and ive never felt comfortable in my own skin. My husband and I are expecting our first baby girl any day now and I don’t want to pass any of these feeling onto her unintentionally. I’m looking for a book to help me become healthier for the long run mentally, physically, and to help myself eat a better diet as well as for me to help teach my daughter to see herself positively.
Any suggestions would be great!
