Hey y’all! I’ve recently finished reading a little life, and it was absolutely the most disgustingly beautiful and sob inducing book i’ve ever read. The parts i liked most about the novel was it’s depiction of human connection and the capacity for kindness— Jude’s adoptive parents, his friendships, and relationship with Willem made me cry from how pure, and genuine it was. Similarly, when it was all ripped away, it made me feel even more.
What are some other pieces of queer literary fiction that really makes the reader **feel** in a more contemporary setting?
