I just finished reading ‘I May Be Wrong’ by Bjorn Natthiko Lindeblad and it was one of the most eye opening books I’ve read and reading it offered a different perspective which helped calm my anxiety. Maybe it’s because my anxiety is mild-slightly moderate but I’m surprised this book hasn’t gotten more attention.

It details a former Economist turned monk for 17 years as he goes between several monasteries and then returning back to his life in Sweden.

One aspect I really liked is that it doesn’t tell you what to do. Instead, it just offers a new perspective and a new way of thinking about things in a way that’s extremely easy to read (unlike a lot of philosophical books) but still deeply insightful.

I would love to read more book like this so… any suggestions?
