Lately I’ve been thinking about a book series I’ve read in 2017, but I cannot remember the name nor the author. I do remember it was a 3 book series, the covers were quite grim (pretty sure one had a cut off tail on it) and the story was about a girl that was born in a world where everyone had tails, but she didn’t have one. Her father said wolf attacked her when she was little and she lost it, but eventually you figure out she’s actually from our world and she was sent through a portal into that world. I also remember at some point her father dies as well, she of course falls in love with the main awesome guy as they train together a lot. I remember she has an evil father who can control a lot. I think her mom was from our world and she sent her to the other one to protect her? Not fully sure.
I’ve been searching for the past half an hour and cannot find anything. So I’m turning to you in hopes someone might recognise the book by description. Thank you in advance.
