Hi all. First time poster, please don’t massacre me if I do something wrong! I’m looking for recommendations in the business/management/economics space. I find that most books in this category fall into one of three problems:
1. They are too entry level- (you can change your life and be a millionaire; rules that are really common sense)
2. They are too dry or unapproachable- a lot of economics or business books fall into this category
3. They aren’t practical – quit your job now, or things for c-suite, etc.
One book that I found really bucks the trend is Chris Voss – Never split the difference. It’s packed with nuggets of wisdom that is actionable right now on things in your control, widely applicable and wrapped in very captivating stories.
Are there any books similar to that style and value that folks could recommend? Thanks for any and all suggestions!
