Honestly looking for any topic but takes into anthroplogical accounts of we did things before the agricultural revolution and/or how cultures cultivated beneficial components into their society.
Using two examples:
– listening to the Huberman Lab and how essential looking at the sunrise was for modulating mood and circadian rhythm and animals still seek this out. Prior to the technological revolution, most did this, technology has made it challenging in my opinion.
– Buddhism taught meditation for over 3000 years (?). Only in the past five decades has this revolution in western society stated how mindfulness is important.

Huh, what a coincidence. I just downloaded the Sapiens audiobook. I’ll keep my eyes on this thread for similar suggestions.
