Hello, so I’m looking for a preferably non fictional book about aging, but in your young days.
Like I’m only 25 but I feel like it’s the end of peak youth even though obviously I’m still young.
I’m starting to deal with a slower metabolism, hangovers are impossible to deal with compared to 18-20yo (I stopped drinking), my teeth are less sharp, wrinkles are slightly forming, my tits are saggier, and my libido and social life are more tame and I’m okay with it.
So I was wondering if there was a book about the beginning of the slow process of aging, physically and psychologically. It can also be a relatable autobiography about the subject.
Thank you
