I’m looking for suggestions for well-written, low-stress fiction that evokes the same sort of world and social settings found in the Poirot/Miss Marple stories (if serious) or Jeeves and Wooster (if not so serious) – the leisured upper-middle class of 1920s-1930s English country house society.
