i’d love a book that is poetic, beautiful, emotional, and overall explores the human condition, themes of romance and tragedy perhaps. it doesn’t necessarily have to be romantic but overall something that is beautiful yet emotionally riveting that feels like a huge painful yet beautiful punch in the stomach. i can only relate this to the way the film Her and Wong Kar Wai films make me feel. any suggestions would be so so appreciated, thank you! 🙂
