About to finish a little life by hanya yanagihara and am looking to visit b&n tomorrow for a fiction and a nonfiction. Was just planning on looking around and see what captured my eye but any recommendations are highly appreciated. No particular genres I’m open to a lot! TIA

If you enjoyed a little life, I’d check out The Immortalists by Chloe Benjamin. It follows a group of siblings at different times in their lives and, in my opinion, gives off similar vibes to A Little Life without being quite as harsh.
Also, if you’re into fantasy, try Daughter of the Moon Goddess by Sue Lynn Tan. It’s so beautifully written and has a very solid sequel to follow. I’ll never stop recommending this duology, it’s one of my favorites.
