36yo married professor and parent here with a narcissist mom and alcoholic dad. Have already read _Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents_, _The Glass Castle_, and _Educated_. Looking for similar nonfiction guides or memoirs, or encouraging realistic fiction, for folks who got two duds in the parent department. Bonus but not required that the adult child has their own child(ren). TIA!
