Now that it’s cold and dark all I want is to read books about people on vacation in warm places. I’m open to any genre as long as it’s evocative and I can imagine myself there.
Books that I feel like pulled this off for me in the past include Emily Henry’s “People We Meet on Vacation” and Hemingway’s “The Sun Also Rises.”

Less by Andrew Sean Greer. It’s not a book ‘about’ vacation necessarily but I recall a lot of vacation settings.
