Im looking for a book that talks about privacy issues, why air tags on your kids or smart door bells arent a good idea. Anyone knows one?
I want to check my gut instinct that these things are superficialy beneficial but deep down more troublesome, like the kind of false control you have when having your kids wear a tracker, or about the anxiety it triggers.

Theme-wise, *The Circle* by Eggers might touch along those lines.
But that’s fiction – are you looking for something non-fiction?
*The Age of Surveilance Capitalism* by Shoshana Zuboff.
It’s a very important and relevant book, but maybe be wary if you are someone prone to paranoia. I will *never* own a roomba.
I mean have you read 1984? It basically deals with living a life where you are constantly fed propaganda and they are monitoring everything you do.
