I got a kindle unlimited free month trial and I’m gonna have a 20 hour day of planes and layovers next week, I want some light-hearted Christmas/holiday books that I can read fairly quickly.
I like cheesy romance, I’m a big slice of life fan, and I do not like “spice” in my books. Tia🥰🎄

The Christmas Bookshop by Jenny Colgan
I don’t know what’s available on Kindle Unlimited right now, but if you want to stretch your imagination a little, there is an author who goes by MCA Hogarth who writes stories that are almost always not far from romance. Her genre is often considered science fiction, but her stuff often comes very close to Victorian romance. For a holiday read, I would suggest “A Rose Point Holiday.” I know that is often on Kindle Unlimited. It’s not a very long book, either. If you like that one, “Silver and Gold: A Peltedverse Holiday” would be a good follow-up.
Jessica Redland has loads of books on Kindle Unlimited, a couple of loosely connected series (different characters but the same setting). Several are Christmas books. I loved her Starry Skies Over The Chocolate Pot Cafe.
