Looking for murder mysteries that are a bit chill and fun to read
So I like murder mysteries and I like cozy fun books, are there any that combine the two? Murder books that are less thriller and more fun/low stakes I guess.
Already know about Thursday Murder Club and have the first one
I like the Agatha Raisin books by MC Beaton (who also wrote the Hamish Macbeth books – I prefer Agatha but both are fun).
I also really enjoy Anthony Horowitz’s Hawthorne series – the first one is The Word is Murder. They’re not exactly cosies but they’re very funny, and fun.

The Lady Hardcastle series by T E Kinsey. Lady Hardcastle and her trusty maid/bff Flo solve murders in their quaint pre WWI English village.
