Hi everyone! I’m looking for romance novel suggestions, but one with feminist themes, if that makes sense. My sister-in-law is big into feminism, but also into romance novels. I want to find a book that encompasses both. Like a woman with a good job, education, independent, etc. Maybe the romance is almost an afterthought? Let me know if I’m not making sense lol! TIA

The author who wrote Men Who Hate Women just came out with a feminist fantasy that I believe has romance. Sisters of Sword and Shadow by Laura Bates.
Contemporary romance – The Roommate by Rosie Danaan – is a romance about porn stars and very very good.
