Hi. I have read how to win friends/how to talk to anyone and I’m not looking for those kind of books, but something a bit more serious that focuses on why communication is sometimes a success or a failure, what is behind it, in an analytical way or with examples.
Would also appreciate any book about something similar to what I said, ty.
