Read IT, and just finished The Chalk Man by CJ Tudor. They had similar vibes going back and forth 30 years or so. I like the adventures of the kids in a cell phone free world, riding bikes everywhere. Anything with suspense, set between the 50’s-80’s with adventurous kids. Thanks!

You have to read Summer of Night by Dan Simmons. It’s exactly what you’re looking for.
December Park by Ronald Malfi is really good. Similar vibes to it, accept more mature and based in reality (serial killer).
It takes place in the early 90’s, though (but no cell phones or internet), and revolves around a group of friends who are in high school. It’s really well written with great characters and a captivating story.
The Shotgun Rule by Charlie Huston is set in 1983 and about a group of teenagers who get in way over their heads after one of their bikes are stolen. Huston is also my favorite author.
Side note: I’m currently about halfway through IT (just hit the *Adults* section.)
