I’m sixteen and in and out of the hospital. I can’t go to school, unfortunately, and can’t do most video games or anything like that. I absolutely loved reading when I was a kid, we’re talking three books a day. Are there any good, long-ish books that you’d recommend that aren’t horribly sad or stressful? I’ve loved Dracula, pretty much every Roald Dhal book, Carrie, Pride and Prejudice, and the Six of Crows series. (Wasn’t too big on Shadow and Bone, though) I’d prefer anything pre-1970’s, if possible, but it’s definitely not mandatory!

I loved Kurt Vonnegut when I was your age. Breakfast of Champions was the first one so read so I suggest you start with that. Get well soon.
Since you liked Dracula you may like Carmilla by Sheridan Le Fanu. It’s the first fictional book containing depictions of what we consider vampires. Edit: this is a novella but you may still find it interesting.
I love Meg Cabot’s the princess diaries. There’s like 15 of them and they are much more relatable than the Disney movies with the same title.
The Goblin Emperor, the Vorkosigan series, Jurassic Park, Raptor Red, the King Must Die and Bull From the Sea by Renault, the Long Ships by Bengtsson, Patrick O’Brian and C S Forrester books about the navy, Terry Pratchett’s Discworld books but don’t start with the first two. The Wind in the Willows
