Knausgård’s My Struggle series. It’s broken up into 6 books, ~3,600 pages total. Each of the volumes is extremely readable, but they’re not in chronological order, so it may not be exactly what you’re looking for from a memoir.

While it is a work of fiction you may also like Proust. It is also very long and largely follows a narrator (called Marcel).
