I am preparing to write a screenplay in which one main character is a rising adult film actress and the other main character is a porn-addicted sex offender newly released from prison. The story starts in 2008.
I am seeking any recommendations for the best non-fiction books on the history of, psychological effects of, and/or societal and economic effects of Internet pornography in the 21st century. Biographies of porn actors/actresses are also acceptable, and any books made recently enough to mention platforms like OnlyFans are even better.
Actively looking for both pro-porn and anti-porn books, but I suspect most will be the latter (the only one of the former I am aware is Rated X by Maitland Ward, which is brand new)
