Suggest me a book for my boss (executive level, actually boss of my boss) who is well-read, a woman who is an advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion and kindness.

I have worked with her very closely and she is leaving the company and has requested for book-suggestions instead of actual gifts for her going away present. Thank you!
