If you could magically erase your memory of only one book just so that you could have the pleasure of reading it for the very first time again, which book would you choose and why?
For me, it’s *The Hound of the Baskervilles* by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, easily my favourite Sherlock Holmes adventure and the very best mystery in English literature in my opinion. I would love to experience every little detail again for the first time and immerse myself in the haunting Dartmoor setting, feeling the shivers down my spine when reading about the mysterious man on the tor glimpsed by Dr Watson in the moonlight, trying to figure out what great secret the Barrymores must be hiding, and holding my breath in suspense at the dramatic climax.
