Hello! I’ve had a lot of death in the family in the last three months. Like, a lot. And it’s caused a bit of an existential crisis in my household. Can you suggest to me books on death and dying? I’m not looking for what happens to bodies per say (though I love me some Caitlyn Doughty), but both fiction and non-fiction books on afterlife stuff (not Christian focused, but more multi-faith, agnostic/all around spiritual), characters with fears of death attempting to reconcile those emotions, maybe some self-help on coping with the idea of death, etc. Thank you!

    1. Under the Whispering Door by TJ Klune. Some people love this and some people hate it, but I think it very much fits the bill of what you’re looking for right now.

Also, I’m sorry for your losses. I hope one of these recommendations help, or at least someone else’s here does.
