That’s all I want. Oh, and spice 🔥. Preferably a lot of spice. But at least. A little.
If they’re at least in their late 20s, that would be fine. I’m in my 30s so I just want to be able to relate to my main characters and I can do that with teens and girls in their early 20s to some extent but … not with everything. I’m sure y’all are picking up what I’m throwing down here.
Idc what the fantasy element is.
Thank you 🙏

The Surviving Sky by Kritika H Rao! Solarpunk science fantasy with enemies to lovers romance, but with the twist that the couple is already married. Mild spice, excellent worldbuilding, gripping story.
Also, more fantasy than romance, but The Bone Maker by Sarah Beth Durst has a whole crew of heroes who saved the world in their 20s but are in their late 30s/early 40s at the start of the story. No spice that I remember, but a beautifully tragic romance between the MC and her husband.
