Hi all!
I’m writing out my Christmas list for my grandmother, and was wondering if y’all can help me. I get my grandma the new Stephen King book every year (thanks, bud, for churning them out so fast) and she loves them. These days she’s not as mobile, and spends much of the winter curled up with a book. I’m hoping to get her more books to get her through the cold months.
In addition to having read everything Stephen King, she also loves James Patterson and Dean Koontz… and has probably read everything they’ve written. I gave her Louise Penny’s “Still Life” over the summer and she didn’t like it . My mom thinks it was because there were too many characters to follow. I, unfortunately, think it may have also had to do with the LGBTQ+ representation.
Any recs you may have would be greatly appreciated! I was thinking maybe Tana French?
