What is your favorite go to medium to find and read books, and maybe included with summaries? Looking for self help books (psychology of confidence and self image)
If mediums aren’t allowed then the books themselves?
Pinterest shows me lots of great books based on my interests and keeps them in my feed. That’s how I found most of the novels I read. Also goodreads lists, if you look up lists on goodreads then search for your subject you’ll find whole lists of books on your topic.

I usually stock my next year’s read list with books from Best Of lists of the previous year. NPR Book Concierge, Hugo Awards, Nebula Awards, Goodreads, Book Riot, etc.
