I’m looking for a self help book on effective communication & public speaking.

Looking to commission as an officer for the air force, so I need to desperately work on my communication skills. I’ve always been bad at using my words effectively. I know what I want to say, but In the moment, I can’t ever think of the right words. Which leads to me being self conscious about my public speaking. This is a skill I’ve wanted to learn for so long.. And it’s a skill that an officer or any leader needs to have, so its finally time I sit down and put some work into it.
