    1. Seanan McGuire’s October Daye series, beginning with *Rosemary and Rue*. Urban fantasy about a half-fae detective/knight errant who keeps getting caught up in supernatural mysteries while having to navigate the complexities of modern fae politics.

    2. The Adam Binder series by David Slayton sort of fits this bill. The protagonist isn’t himself an elf, but he interacts with them on a regular basis. The first two books are enjoyable—I haven’t read the third yet—and it is definitely inspired by The Dresden Files by Jim Butcher. There’s even a Nevernever, it’s just called something different, and it’s where the elves live instead of the fae. Who basically are, for all intents and purposes, the same thing.

If you’re open to erotica, the Merry Gentry series by Laurell K Hamilton. Great story, but lots of sex.
