    I have never been the type to go to therapy. But I find a lot of help from books or different Instagram accounts. A certain Instagram account helped me get over my eating disorder.

    I’m struggling with being the “emotional” or “needy” friend. I feel like I’m a burden if I express my emotions good or bad. I feel like I’m being needy if I send multiple texts even though people have told me it’s fine. It’s all because my first friends I ever had called me annoying and needy and they didn’t want me.

    Are there any good books to help me overcome these thoughts?
