    3. ways to overcome addiction

What I learned from this book →

    * The location has a big role in getting addicted. Avoid locations where addictive products exist. Avoid installing apps that are potentially addictive on my phone.
    * If you do A as an emotional coping method, you will likely develop A as an addiction.
    * Companies give “luck” at the beginning of using their products. It is a trick that makes you addicted.
    * If things are easy to do initially, it is also likely to make you addicted to the things. Avoid installing apps that are potentially addictive on my phone.

What I liked about this book is that the author described a lot of research on this topic and I was able to know the percentage of addicts so it made me realize technology is indeed scary.
