Norse Mythology: what are the best books I can read to learn about it?

Alright I’ll come out and say it. I’m a huge MCU Loki fan but I want to learn the actual stories behind the Norse gods we see in the movies.

I learned a bit about Norse Mythology in a children’s literature class I took as part of my education degree when I was in college, but it was a few years ago and it was very brief (there was a lot we covered in that class). Actually my prof one time came in not feeling well and she just had us watch Thor 😂 it was a 6-9 pm class. It was an awesome class but I’d love to learn more about the actual mythology.
