A winter read with a bit of romance

Next month my book club is going for a winter romance theme. I’m really stuck for ideas at what to put up for the vote because I rarely read romance novels. Romance as the main focus of a plot just doesn’t hold my attention, so I’m wanting something that’s more in the dark fantasy/thriller/horror genre with a romance subplot in a winter/cold setting to keep with the theme.

I’ve been searching like crazy but I haven’t found anything promising yet. Open to any suggestions at all! Thanks!
