I just want a thriller that isn’t just a “‘I’m an fbi agent.’ ‘who’s the killer?’ ‘Cold case.’ ‘I found a lead.’” kind of thing. I’m not really into true crime stuff but love the mystery/thriller genre. I just hate sifting through all the ‘who done its’ and grounded in reality type books.
I want some fantastical elements. A little spice. Something possibly off the walls crazy with plenty of action. Think Death-Note or Attack on titan.
Sorry for the ramble, it’s pretty late. I know I’m probably asking for too much and possibly being to specific but if anyone has any suggestions I would be very grateful.

I have lots of those. Check out Already Dead by Charlie Huston. He’s my favorite author. First book in a five book series.
